EXPERIENCE & PERSPECTIVE

A foundation in real estate, construction and design.

Raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, where he attended The Brunswick School and Greenwich High School, he studied fine art and music before beginning his career as a partner at Gatehouse Partners, working in luxury residential real estate and the development of custom and spec homes. That background gives him a builder's eye for construction quality, design, and what truly creates value in a high-end home.

THE PALM BEACH LIFESTYLE

A lifelong connection to the island.

Eric's ties to Palm Beach began early, with childhood trips from Greenwich that grew into a lifelong connection to the island's golf, tennis, and country club culture. A serious golfer and a certified tennis professional through the USPTA (now the RSPA), he offers firsthand knowledge of the sporting and club lifestyle that draws so many buyers to the area.

FOUR DISTINCT MARKETS

Understanding how each part of Palm Beach moves.

Palm Beach Island is really four markets in one, and Eric understands how each moves to its own rhythm. The North End offers quiet residential streets, the Lake Trail, and a neighborhood feel that stretches to the inlet. In-Town places residents within a stroll of Worth Avenue, Royal Poinciana Way, and The Breakers, with a mix of historic homes, townhomes, and condominiums. The Estate Section, south of Worth Avenue, is home to the island's grandest properties, from ocean-to-lake estates to landmark architecture along South Ocean Boulevard. The South End, beyond Sloan's Curve, offers oceanfront and lakefront condominium living, the Par 3 golf course, and some of the most accessible entry points to a Palm Beach address. Knowing how pricing, inventory, and lifestyle differ from one section to the next is central to how Eric advises his clients.

TODAY

Guidance built around the right fit.

Today, with Waterfront Properties, Eric draws on decades of experience and local knowledge to help buyers and sellers navigate the Palm Beach luxury market. Whether the right fit is a North End family home, an In-Town pied-à-terre, an Estate Section compound, a South End oceanfront condo, or the country club that matches a client's lifestyle, he enjoys guiding each client to it.
